Interview
The final stage of the IFS examination involves a comprehensive interview process. Candidates are assessed on various aspects, including general awareness, communication skills, intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, observational and assimilation abilities, balanced judgment, alertness, initiative, tact, leadership potential, and more.
- The interview is conducted by a board of experts who evaluate candidates’ suitability for a career in the Indian Forest Service.
Physical Test (Following the Interview):
After the interview, candidates are required to undergo a physical test. Male candidates must complete a 25 km walk or run within 4 hours, while female candidates must complete a 14 km walk or run in under 4 hours.
